Responsibilities:

Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies focused on real estate clientele, utilizing digital marketing channels effectively.
Ad Campaign Management: Create and manage online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads,Meta Ads, social media ads, and other relevant channels to drive lead acquisition.
Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content that attracts potential leads and nurtures them through the sales funnel.
Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, track lead generation KPIs, and optimize strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI.
Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing campaigns to engage with prospects at various stages of the buying cycle and convert them into qualified leads.
Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to ensure optimal performance and cost-effective lead generation.
