Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies focused on real estate clientele, utilizing digital marketing channels effectively.
  • Ad Campaign Management: Create and manage online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads,Meta Ads, social media ads, and other relevant channels to drive lead acquisition.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content that attracts potential leads and nurtures them through the sales funnel.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, track lead generation KPIs, and optimize strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI.
  • Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing campaigns to engage with prospects at various stages of the buying cycle and convert them into qualified leads.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to ensure optimal performance and cost-effective lead generation.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content that attracts potential leads and nurtures them through the sales funnel.
  • SEO and SEM Management: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase online visibility and drive traffic.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record of 2-5 years in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Expertise in managing online advertising campaigns, lead generation tools, and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools, social media platforms, emails marketing software, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset to develop compelling ad content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
