Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the real estate industry, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and target audience demographics.
- Collaborate with senior management to define marketing goals and objectives aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and empower the marketing team, including graphic designers, content creators, and digital marketers, to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and company values.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence within the marketing team.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote properties, attract buyers and sellers, and generate leads.
- Utilize a mix of online and offline marketing channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, print materials, and events.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
- Brand Management:
- Develop and maintain the brokerage firm’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including property listings, brochures, signage, and promotional materials.
- Manage online presence and reputation through the brokerage’s website, social media channels, and online review platforms.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify local real estate market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data and insights to inform pricing strategies, property positioning, and target audience segmentation.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry developments that may impact marketing strategies.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives while maximizing ROI.
- Track expenses, monitor budget performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 per month
