10X Money Realtors is seeking a talented and results-oriented Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our PPC campaigns to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI. This role requires a deep understanding of Google Ads, keyword research, bidding strategies, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage PPC Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads to promote our real estate listings.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and optimize bidding strategies.
• Ad Creation: Create compelling ad copy and visuals, utilizing A/B testing to improve ad performance.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating detailed reports and providing actionable insights to enhance ROI.
• Budget Management: Oversee and optimize monthly ad budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve campaign goals.
• Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall business objectives and marketing campaigns.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and Google Ads, continuously seeking ways to improve campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Certifications: Google Ads Certification and Google Analytics Certification are required.
• Skills:
• Proficient in Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
